Artificial Intelligence Support

Patient's medical data is managed by HealthCare Professionals (doctors, nurses, pharmacists etc.) on a daily bases. Medical records are stored in different Institutions (hospitals, polyclinics, big or small, private of public) according to the standards adopted by respective health care organizations. Information is transferred (fully or partially) to Payers/Insurance funds in order to meet local Regulatory demands set by Regulatory authority.

Patient medical information is literally SCATTERED across multiple organizations and systems. Patients rarely have any access to their own medical information.

We offer a place where patient medical records can be stored, organized, processed and valuable information can be shared in timely manner between all parties in the healthcare system.

We provide Patients and HealthCare Professionals with easy access to records at Any Time, Location and Device (ATLD)

We enable Patients:

  • to track their personal experience
  • record adverse reactions/complains
  • report symptoms
  • upload any medical records type
  • store their laboratory results
  • connect any personal health monitoring device

We heard the voices of...

... and my only regret quite frankly on this panel of terrific people is that there isn't more patient voices....

...I think one of the concerns about HOW the EHR has evolved is that again its main purpose was billing - I would argue. So looking forward should the primary goal of the EHR be to have the individual doctor treat an individual patient or is the primary goal to be able to gather information for research...
